Simply we are five chaps who want to help beat cancer. One of our great friends Linda Gillette has been diagnosed with it. We want to raise as much money as possible for the two fantastic charities she has chosen to support. The Heart of Kent Hospice and Macmillan daily attend to the needs of those with this disease. They can only function with our financial support. So please give what you can. Sadly cancer doesn't respect the recession and neither do we. All of us are paying our way so 100% of what you give will go to the charities.
We'll be setting off in September on our bikes. We'll be riding a gruelling route; covering over a hundred miles a day. Le Mans is 330 miles from Maidstone and we'll be glad to toast our arrival on Sunday afternoon.
