Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As i have now completed my first triathlon the bug has bitten and im soon to do my second... and i guess with my second it would be good for others to benefit too... who am i to steal all the fun :-),

 ill be doing the southwell last minute tri which is 400m swim, 19.3 k bike and 5 k run..... so please take the time and donate a little to my charity to aid them in all the great work they do.
