<p>Malcolm and Gayle will be abseiling <strong>165ft </strong>SAS style (<strong>free-fall!</strong>)&nbsp;from the Forth Rail Bridge on Sunday May 8th 2011.We're hoping to raise lots for Momentum, the charity that Mal works for that helps thousands of disabled and socially excluded people every year.
