Malcolm was a lovely man who was himself loved by many, his family, his many friends and all those who he helped in his capacity as Trustee and later Branch Chairman of the North and Central Branch of the Myasthenia Gravis Association (MGA).

Malcolm is survived by his lovely wife, Rachel who also done much to support MGA.

Rachel has very kindly asked if people could give donations to MGA in place of flowers.
