As some of you will already know I am doing the Great Welsh Run http://www.greatrun.org/  (10k) on Jul 27th, Great North Run http://www.greatrun.org/ (13.1 miles) on Oct 5th and The Coast to Coast Cycle Ride http://www.c2c-guide.co.uk/  (140 miles) on Aug 3rd-5th. I have decided to do these events for charity, and have chosen my schools charity for 2008 St Oswalds Childrens Hospice (please check out there website to see the fantastic work they do for children in our region) http://www.stoswaldsuk.org/
