Hi -Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I am running for the Civil Service Benevolent Fund on 12 th July 2009. The photo is from the previous run in 2007.Thanks for your generous contributions in the past. I am still not smoking although the weight gain is a different matter! 

Gosh-have i had flu or have i had the flu !!,have not been able to train for over a week but hey i'll still run as much as i can on the day.
