Women at the Mandalay Medical Centre, in Sharples, will walk 10 miles around Entwistle and Jumbles on May 16th 2009. They will be raising money for the Eve Appeal, which researches gynaecological cancers.

The Eve Appeal was chosen because staff at the practice say they have seen a number of cases of the cancer condition recently.
