Adferiad is a registered charity and leading voluntary sector provider of personal support services. We help people who are having problems with addictions, mental health, and other complex needs - as well as offering assistance and information to their families and friends.

Story

I volunteered at CAIS for a number of years, but I've not been able to attend most of the summer because of illness and I want to do something to help.
