<p>A little about my challenge......</p>

Since having a stress fracture on my left leg I have steered clear of the running and branched out into other activities. Last year I did a swimathon of 5K.</span></em><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;" lang="EN-US"></span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><em><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">This year I am going to ROW a marathon (26.2 miles) in the gym on London Marathon day. I have been training hard and wished to help someone with my efforts as I am fortunate enough to be fit and healthy. I am raising money for the Ashcroft Kilimanjaro challenge. Sue and Dee at Ashcroft have agreed to scale Kilimanjaro in order to bring awareness to mental illness and also to raise funds for Ashcroft. Ashcroft is a residential unit in Norfolk which is staffed by women for women with significant mental health needs. They also intend to form a bond with a residential unit in the foothills of Kilimanjaro and as part of their fundraising have agreed to sponsor a woman there with a microloan in order for her to be self sufficient to support her family. </span></span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><em><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Therefore, your generous donation will support local woman with mental health needs as well as African women who have been victims of violence. </span></span></em></p>
