Working for Born Free gives me inspiration every day to keep on training for the two runs that I am doing this year.  I am running to help animals like Gizmo in the picture to the left - a rescued vervet from the pet trade, now rehabilitated and released back into the wild - a chance of freedom for Gizmo.

Having decided to run the Great Norfh Run on 5th October I thought I would do the "double" and run the Great South Run again on 26th October.
