I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year because so many people I know and love have been touched by this awful disease, especially in recent times. 

I, along side many of my amazing Red Oaks colleagues, will join together and complete this obstacle race as a team. I am excited and nervous at the same time, this will be the first race I have ever entered and I intend to smash it!
