Personal message:

We are currently fundraising for the Manorom Project Appeal.

OMF have closed their Leprosy hospital in Manorom Province, about 195km North of Bangkok, because thankfully Leprosy is now scarce in Thailand. As such, they have offered CCD use of the building for a nominal rent.

We already have the land and the building, and we just need to raise £45,000 for the refurbishment and modernisation of the facilities, and to fund the staff for Phase 1 of the project (18 months). With this building, we will be able to reach out into the local communities who at present have no help available for children with disabilities. We will be able to offer specialist care, physiotherapy, vocational training and support for the families of disabled children. For the full project proposal, please visit our website www.4lifethailand.org.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please give generously now!
