Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

My names Tom Gill, I'm 23 and in June this year I will running a marathon with a difference......it's against horses. The reason I am doing this crazy challenge is because I never commit to anything. I always say that I am going do things, but never seem to have the time to actually get round to doing them. This time I am taking on a mamouth challenge and I have the best motivation to complete my challenge because hopefully you guys are going to sponsor me and help my chosen charity.

My Cousin James died at the age of 14 of a Brain Tumour. He was one the most wonderful human beings I've ever met.  I have always struggled with his death and question why such a lovely boy, who wouldn't hurt a fly, was taken away for us. I am trying to raise money for Brain Tumuor Research so that other loving, wonderful people won't be taken away from their families and friends. Please give generously to this because as it means everything to me and I'm going to do everything I can to try and beat a horse and raise money in memory of James.

To find out more about me, the race and keep up with training please watch my blog...... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3hSDK4C1ok or www.manvshorse.co.uk

Please support this wonderful charity.
