Hello you!

I've done the hard work, so now it's YOUR turn.

After 4'11 of running in the sun, I look like a tomato and can't walk properly, so the least you can do is give that fiver to Nightingale House!

I'm running for the local hospice in Wrexham, for a very good reason - it's for a special school friend and her young Dad who's got a terminal brain tumour.

Nightingale House offers a wide range of facilities to local people and their families living with life-limiting illness. Patients come from Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire and outlying areas. In 2012 it will cost £2.54 million to run the Hospice - this equates to nearly £7000 per day.
