Story
I did it, in 4:20!! A HUGE thank you to all who sponsored me, and for your kind messages. You've helped out a fantastic cause. Thanks also to the NSPCC for all their support, and for looking after me so well on race day - it was a genuine pleasure to be part of TeamGO and I hope to be again in the future.
Thanks again,
Lina x
P.S. This page will stay open for a few more weeks yet, so if you haven't had the chance to donate but would like to, or know anyone else who may be interested in doing so, there's still time!

Hello, thank you for visiting my fundraising page! London 2009 will be my fifth marathon, and this year I'm running for the NSPCC.
Now for the official bit:
*******************************************************************
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: NSPCC gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!*******************************************************************
Unofficially, and considerably more bluntly: Please give me all your money.
Ok, maybe not all of it. Any amount would help though. In fact, if everyone I knew donated just £1 we'd already be well on our way to meeting that target. If everyone I didn't know donated £1 too that'd be even better.*
Please join me in doing what you can to help this excellent cause. Your support, as always, would be very much appreciated.
Many thanks,
Lina x
* I know that's probably a bit cheeky but I have no shame. If I did, I probably wouldn't be running the streets wearing lycra in the first place.
