I am taking part in the Cardiff 10k with former colleagues  from Coffee#1 Exeter.  I am very much looking forward to the event as I want to help raise money for current sufferers of the disease as I watched my mum suffer from Cancer and so I would like to help the charity in anyway that I can.  This is going to be  huge challenge for me so I would love it if you could donate.
