Hi Everyone and thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Why do it?  Well I have got to the grand old age of 30 (something) and have decided to pack in kicking the bag of wind around and thought I need to do something to keep me active before the pipe and slippers get any closer.

Why Motability? As many of you know I have been selling cars on the motability scheme to very many loyal disabled customers for a lot of years now and so I decided it was my turn to give a little bit back as a Thank you.

Why the Great North Run?  A few years back now I spent a couple of very enjoyable nights in the North East sampling the delights of the bars in the Bigg Market. I remember thinking that one day I would like to come back and run 13 miles around this place............!

What Next? For me, it's alot of hard training and then looking forward to getting back into those bars on Sunday afternoon after its all finished. For you, it's digging deep into those pockets, looking down the sides of the sofa and giving everything you can. As they say  "Every Little Helps"
