I have now completed a trip of a lifetime, Trekking in the Lares region of Peru, whilst at the same time fundraising for the very worthy Hellen Rollason Heal Cancer Charity. It was tough but a truly magnificent experience.

For those of you who know me - I ditched my make-up and stilletos and resort to basics!  This trek was a real challenge.  The investment I made in sturdy walking boots and my rigorous training programme to get fit really paid off!
