Ending a relationship is a traumatic and difficult process. Happy memories are often replaced by striff, grief, confusion and uncertainty. What may have been solid in your life has changed and new relationships have to be negotiated with important people in your life especially where children are involved.

Speaking to a counsellor helped me through a difficult period in my life and helped me to deal with the sadness I felt , to learn from past mistakes and helped me on the journey to where life could be enjoyable again.
