Whislt i was on a Combat Logistic Patrol in Afghanistan May 2007,my vehicle went over a Pressure Plate IED,breaking a total of 8 fractures to my right foot and leg.Through 8 months of hard graft and alot of help from Headley Court im well on the road to recovery.To challenge myself i have entered the "Help for Heroes" charity battlefield bike ride,a year to the day i was blown up.The staff at the centre are doing great work,Please help me raise money for this worthy cause,
