Thanks to all who have already given so generously.  Despite the horrendous weather, we both finished the BUPA 10,000 and ran personal bests. 

However, we'd both really like to reach our target of £5,000 as it would mean so much to the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.  

So we've decided to run another 10k - The British 10k on 6th July!

We'd really appreciate your extra support to help all those children and adults so tragically affected by muscular dystrophy - it's a cruel and relentless disease, for which there is no cure.

Your money will go towards helping to find treatments for this devastating disease - anything you can give will be much appreciated by our charity and, of course,  us both.
