About my charity : Maggie's Centres Maggie's Centres
Maggie's Centres help people adjust to living with cancer. Its pioneering support programme has been developed for patients, their carers, family and friends. Each centre is located close to an NHS hospital and they have been designed carefully and imaginatively to make sure people feel at home.

My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online to run, jog, walk or crawl(!) the Beachy Head Marathon on 27th October. The course is over 26 (or so) miles and includes approx 3,500ft of ascent with gates, stiles and steps to navigate, culminating in the return along the cliffs over the Seven Sisters and by Beachy Head. Last year this race took me 6:10 hours to complete. How long will it take me this year?? STOP PRESS. Answer: 6:36 hours (but at least I finished it ;o))

When diagnosed with cancer, almost six years ago, the support I  received from Maggie's Centre in Edinburgh was second to none. Please help me raise money to enable Maggies to carry on its wonderful work in supporting cancer patients and their families.
