Our personal message:

The last few months have been painful - I've had to endure the training, and you've had to endure me talking about it all the time...

The end is finally in sight. I'd appreciate if you could help me complete my challenge to raise money for charity and ensure that something positive comes out of all this. I'm supporting the International Medical Corps which is a great organisation bringing water and livesaving healthcare to disater stricken areas of the world.
