I know...most of you best know me from the pic opposite....but I am honestly now training to run this 10km and raise money for a VERY good cause......who knows maybe next year the Marathon???

I am running for Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulances. These Ambulances can fly 365 days a year and can be at most destinations within 5 - 15 minutes. I am sure these areas must cover where you, or your friends and familes live or work??

Each Ambulance costs £1.5 million a year to run, so PRETTY PLEASE dig deep and sponsor me
