Air Ambulances save lives by saving time, transporting doctors, nurses and paramedics to the scene of medical emergencies and flying the patient to hospital within vital minutes. Our Mission is to offer a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service to every person living, working and travelling through the county each day. Hi Guys & Girls....Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I know...most of you best know me from the pic opposite....but I am honestly now training to run this 10km and raise money for a VERY good cause......who knows maybe next year the Marathon???

I am running for Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulances. These Ambulances can fly 365 days a year and can be at most destinations within 5 - 15 minutes. I am sure these areas must cover where you, or your friends and familes live or work??

Each Ambulance costs £1.5 million a year to run, so PRETTY PLEASE dig deep and sponsor me
