Amazingly I have managed to blag a place to run the                            Flora London Marathon - 26th April 2009.

This year there are two things I want to achieve

Firstly to run the whole thing in one go (last year I ran the first 14 miles, then ran and walked and then ran the last 5 miles and this has bugged me ever since) I really want to improve my previous time 5:52:12

And secondly and more importantly I want to raise as much money as I can for Help for Heroes a charity supporting our  servicemen and women injured in current conflicts.
