We hope that you might be able to sponsor us as we get ready to jog / walk / kayak / climb / splash and generally make fools of ourselves at the 10K (!!!) Stockton River Rat Race later this month.

As well as doing it for fun we have chosen to suport the british heart foundation - Bill is currently volunteering in the BHF shop in Peterlee - as heart disease can affect anyone at any age.
