The Asian elephant, unlike the African elephant, is highly endangered - only about 35,00o are left in the wild. Experts predict that in 50 years time there may be no viable populations remaining in the wild. For the last year I have been working for elephant family and have seen the difference that a small number of people can make to these amazing creatures first hand. By conserving these elephants you are also ensuring the survival of other species and the forests in which they inhabit. Saving the Asian elephant from extinction is no easy feat but with the help of people like you we are a step closer to making it a reality. On Sunday 12th October we will be running the Royal Parks Half marathon to help raise funds that will go directly to our projects in the field . Any donation that you can make would be so greatly appreciated.
On behalf of Asia's elephants and myself a very big thank you! Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
