Dear Family, Friends, Colleagues and Supporters!

Andrea Corr sang about it "go on, come on, leave me breathless, tempt me, tease me..." and now its my turn!  WHIP CRACK sound    !!  I'm donating my lazy Sunday afternoon to run the 20km of Brussels for Retrak on Sunday, 25 May 2008.  If I add up all the training runs I have done in preparation will they add up to 20km???
