Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a debilitating and terminal condition effecting many people and their loved ones every year.  Not just through work but through the experiences of a close friend whose family were unlucky enough to be effected by it have I come to have some understanding of what MND does to people.  Its horrible and I wouldn't wish it on any of the world's worst people.  That's why I've chosen the Motor Neurone Disease Association as the charity I'm running the 10k for on the 6th July.  Any donations great or small will be much appreciated..... tax payers don't forget to Gift Aid!
