London to Paris Bike Ride 2013 · 17 July 2013 to 21 July 2013 ·

Sense is here to support disabled people from the first weeks of life through all the major milestones of adulthood. Over 70 years, we’ve built extensive knowledge and expertise in supporting disabled people with complex needs, including deafblind people.

Story

Hello all, and welcome to the Mark Clague Just Giving page.

This July I will be taking part in 300 mile bicycle ride from London to Paris for a charity called SENSE.

This challenge will consist of riding approximately 75 miles per day, which even for a keen cyclist is no mean feat....however this challenge relies on completing that distance on for 4 consecutive days. Sounds easy then, right?!

The charity I have chosen to undertake is challenge for is SENSE; the charity for deafblind people.

It raises money in order to provide deafblind people with expert advice, information, and much-needed support services for individuals who suffer from either partial or complete blindness and deafness. Think about it for a minute....how would you cope?

The fund raising target is set at a modest £1380 but I hope to raise much more so please dig deep and donate as much as possible, and to get the ball rolling I have even sponsored myself!
