Hi,
I am training hard and planning to swim a mile in open water in the British Gas Great Swim, in Scotland, on the 21st August to raise money for Fanconi Hope. Our daughter Hannah is affected by Fanconi's Anaemia, and although a possible bone marrow transplant may treat the haematology problems associated with this condition, it will not cure the condition. Research into a cure is essential and we all live in hope that one day, there will be a cure, or further advancements in the treatment of this condition.
Thanks everyone for your support and for the recenty started uk based research.
