We help the hospital offer a better future to seriously ill children across the UK

Story

18 years ago my son was admitted to GOSH at the age of 7 months for treatment, as he was found to have Neutropenia, a rare blood condition, which attacks the immune system. The condition means that there is a build-up of anti-bodies in the system, which kills off white blood cells which are your first defence against illness.

Back in 1996, the year my son was admitted, I rode Megafobia at Oakwood Park, Narberth, West Wales,  for 12 hours, to raise money for a local hospital, who also looked after my son, for 5 months.

So, now 18 years on, I have decided once again, to ride Megafobia for 40 hours over 5 days to raise money for GOSH.

I am a member of the Roller Coaster Club of Great Britain, and this is something that I love doing.  I never get sick of riding Megafobia, its my favourite Coaster in UK, which I have rode over 3500 times.
