<p>HAVE YOU STOPPED LAUGHING NOW??</p> <p>Then I'll begin......</p> <p>Yes, I am doing a tri athlon, thats a 400mtr swim, a 23k bike ride and a 5k run, yes all in one day,&nbsp;one after another.</p> <p>&nbsp;I met a super guy called Andy and his wife when Karen and I where spending the New Year in the lakes, he told me about the tri athlon and in a moment of madness I agreed to do it with him, he is considerably younger, fitter and better looking than me( well the first two are true!!). I got to thinking how much help I have had over the years and maybe I could payback a small amount of what has been freely given to me by helping someone else</p> <p>So I rang St Catherines Hospice, they looked after a freind of mine four years ago and made her final days as comfortable as is humanly possible. They do great work and deserve all our support. I hope you will find&nbsp; a little spare cash to help me reach the target of &pound;1000, please only give what you can afford, I know times are tough.</p> <p>Namaste Mark x</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
