<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I will be running in the London Marathon in fancy dress and my son has chosen one of this favourite characters for me!</p> <p>The money I raise will not only help Starlight bring fun, laughter and distrction to lots of poorly children across the country, but it will also enable the charity to grant the wishes of brave children like ten year old Ferdi Bas from Southward, London.</p> <p>Ferdi was born with a serious heart defect and, as a result, he is very susceptible to illnesses and has significant developmental delay affecting his speech, learning and motor skills.</p> <p>Despite the challenges that Ferdi faces every day, his mother Tammy says that he is a very sociable boy who loves music and is always kind to others.
