Rainer is the national charity for under-supported young people, working with thousands of young people every year who are living at the margins of society. “My life changed when I came to Rainer. I have stability and I'm re-building my life; I have a sense of purpose in my life again.” -Tom (a young person who was supported by Rainer).

Hi all.

I'm doing the London triathlon sprint on the 9th of August. 750m swim, 40km bike and 5km run around the lovely london docklands! I am going to try and raise some money for the awesome cause that is Rainer. Any donations would be very much appreciated.

Rainer works with under-supported young people who are in or leaving care or custody, involved in  crime, out of work, struggling at school, homeless or facing young parenthood.They offer a range of services designed to give them the emotional and practical support they need to lead secure and fulfilled lives.
