Last year 2007 my life and family changed forever. On Tuesday the 15th of May  at about 3.30pm my eldest son took his own life, he was 18 years old.

His suicide was a complete shock to everyone that knew him and the last thing anyone who knew him thought he would do.

As his Mum i have watched my family struggle with the grief and experienced the isolation it brings.

I am sad to say up until Marks death i hadn't realised how common suicide was , nor how many young people took their own lives and how lonely your grief can make you feel.

I hope by people donating to this charity will help it continue to support the bereaved and help lesson the pain caused by suicide.
