This years personal challenge is a particularly interesting one given that running is not one of my favourite past times - in any sense of the word!

However, training is well under way and the miles are clocking up - albeit slowly.

I have opted to run for the Lord Taverners who support young people including those with special needs, through sport. I attach a link to their web site for information.
