Dear good people,
Once again I come to you armed with yet another sponsorship form. Having raised about £6,000 this year alone for charity, I will be using my participation in the forthcoming Berlin Marathon to raise a few more shekels for a good cause.

Should you wish to, I would be extremely grateful and honoured for your support of my chosen charity. So many of you have already supported me this year, so please be very modest with any sponsorship amounts.

IMPORTANT - As with every one of my sponsorship event, EVERY SINGLE PENNY that I raise will go directly to the charity. Once again, I have paid all of my costs, everything from my entry fee, flights, hotel, Vaseline, plasters for my nipples etc etc.

Don't forget that if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
