Hi folks I'm doing the London to Brighton bike ride again, so I'm squeezing into the yellow jersey, breaking out the WD40 and buckling up a six pack of Ventolin inhalers in preparation. The big day is the 21st of June when I will set out at 6.00am with the hope of covering the 58 miles without the use of steroids or ending up in a cardiac unit. Once again I issue the ultimate threat, if I don't reach my target of raising £1,000 I will post pictures of me in the lycra.
