Mid April Update!

Well - thats it.  Training is over. Did my last longish run this weekend - have been tapering down over the last 2 weeks.  Just a week to go to the big day now.

Have run about 400 miles since Christmas in training, including Brighton and Wilmslow half marathons. Overall its gone pretty well, so lets just hope it all goes to plan next Sunday!
