I've delayed putting this up in order not to tempt the injury Gods but it looks as if I will be on the starting line this Sunday inspired by the fairytale run of the Bluebirds to the FA Cup Final  and the  Harlequins assault on the play off spots.

This year I am running for Wooden Spoon, our offical charity for the season at Quins  and a cause well known throughout the rugby world.

If you have supported me before please don't feel put off by doing it again.
