The route is 150 miles long starting at Erith on the south bank of the Thames and ending at Purfleet on the North.  Apparently it is mainly along footpaths although some of it is through more built up areas . My aim is to complete the whole walk in six days beginning on Monday 1st June and finishing on Saturday 6thJune . If you would like more details then please go the the website www.marksloopwalk.com I have created  which gives more information about the route and explains how you can join in the walk itself if you are so inclined .
