On 13th July 2008 I will be competing in Ironman Austria. I will join 2500 competitors in attempting to swim 2.4 miles, then bike 112 miles and finally run 26.2 miles. I will be aiming to do this in around 13 to 14 hours but in any event must be finished within 17 hours. It's a mad challenge but one I have been training for since the beginning of the year.
