I'm cycling from London to Paris!! ..... I'VE DONE IT!!!!

Vision Aid Overseas is an amazing charity that I'm proud to be involved with. So much so that somehow I find myself cycling from London to Paris from the 1st July - but only with your support!

Oh the guy in the picture? That's Solomon, he was a tailor I met in Ghana, hadn't been able to see his sewing for 8 years, so couldn't earn money for his family. His grandson had stopped going to school and was selling packets of water on the highway. The VAO team I was part of tested his eyes and I fitted those spex to him, he can now see, he can now sew, he can now earn money for his family and his grandson can get an education - easy with the right support!

And if you aren't moved by that, then think of me having to get on a bike and cycle to meet the French whilst wearing lycra - that's got to be worth a few quid!
