Yes I know that many of you will find it hard to believe that Mark Helliker has actually got his running shoes on! So don't laugh - I'm doing this for a good cause. St Michael's Hospice in Hastings looked after my Dad in his last few weeks, so I would like to do something for them in return. I'm hoping to run (!) for 10k and would be really grateful if you'd sponsor me - anything will be welcome and I promise I'll finish it even if I have to crawl the last few metres!
