Legends of the Alps - DONE!

Dear All,

With your support we completed our Cycle challenge, peaking at Alpe dHuez last Tuesday around 17:00. This completed a three day challenge that saw us climb over 8000 mtrs, travel 200 miles and burn off an amazing 16000 calories (a good diet if you can do it!!). Allan and I have managed to beat our original sponsorship target and have raised over £4000 with your help.

Check out the pickies to give you a flavour of the event - however no picture can describe the tortuous pain and effort required to complete the climbs. But what fun comming down the other side!!

As ever, non of this would have happened without your support and the Cystic Fibrosis Trust continues to benefit from these events.

Thank you again. Oh and currently looking forward to planning next years (yet to be decided) challenge!!
