In June I am joining the Fireflies http://www.fireflies.com in riding 1000 km through the Alps from Geneva to Cannes.

This year is the 10th anniversary of the ride and we aim to hit the £1 million mark. The ride was formed in 2000 by five riders determined to raise money for Leukaemia research at Hammersmith Hospital. The ride has grown and grown and this year up to 100 riders will stream towards the finish line on  Le Croisette in Cannes in our distinctive red jerseys.

Donations go to the grass roots of patient care. A donation to Leuka goes directly to the hospital and directly into patient care and valuable research...there are heroic doctors, nurses, patients and families that dedicate their time usually over and above the call of duty. We want to support Leuka by donating our time, ride and sponsorship to them.
