Story

Hi Folks,

Yes im back in my running gear and racing for charity!

You may remember i ran the Flora London Marathon in 2004 and raised over £1500 for a really worth while kids charity.

Well, im doing it all again only this time its the GREAT NORTH RUN.

Early morning runs regardless of the weather, and no wild Saturday nights while im training!!

Anyone who has ever run a half or full marathon will tell you it takes over your life for a few months but its a small price to pay to help the charity i have chosen to run for.

I have been lucky to have the oppurtunity to run as part of the Heart FM team and i am hoping to raise in excess of £350 for local kids charities and projects.

Its a great charity, please take the time to log onto their website and see what your donation can do to help these kids.

Go to : www.heart.co.uk

Im doing the hard work, you have the easy bit to do, make a donation please.
