Epilepsy is the UK’s most common serious neurological condition affecting an estimated 1 in 131 people. Epilepsy Action helps over 550,000, people every year through its range of services including its advice and information centre, branch network and accredited volunteer scheme. The organisation’s award-winning website, www.epilepsy.org.uk, receives over 100,000 visitors a month. The Epilepsy Helpline on freephone 0808 800 5050 is available Monday-Friday, 9.00 am - 4.30 pm (4.00 pm on Fridays). Over 90% of its income is in the form of voluntary contributions and its vital work would not be possible without the support of people such as yourself.

My story

Hi and thanks for visiting my page. The challenge.....for a group of 13 to complete the Three Peaks Challenge - climbing Ben Nevis (highest peak in Scotland), Scafell Pike (highest in England) and Snowdon (highest in Wales) within 24 hours. The aim....to raise as much money as possible for Epilepsy Action (see below for charity description). In loving memory of....the beautiful Olivia McCallum who died of Epilepsy in 2003 and who's birthday was on June 6th. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Epilepsy Action gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
