My story
I will be trekking up Mount Toubkal the highest mountain in North Africa's Atlas Mountains in September to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Most of us already know a good friend of family member that has already been affected by or sadly lost their life to cancer. What you may not know is that 1 in 3 of us can expect to develop it ourselves at some point in our lives.
That's what this 'trek and fight for life' is all about, to do what we can to help find a cure, to treat and help alleiviate the suffering of those unfortunate enough to be affected by it.
I hope and trust therefore that you will dig deep for Marie Curie Cancer Care and help make a real difference to the lives and families touched by cancer, by sponsoring me today.

Marie Curie Cancer Care provides high quality nursing, totally free, to give people with terminal cancer and other illnesses the choice of dying at home, supported by their families. It runs nine Marie Curie Hospices across the UK offering free specialist care for patients and support for families. The charity conducts palliative care research to find better ways of caring for terminally ill people and also funds scientists who investigate the causes and treatments of cancer.
